Mayford Village Hall 2007
The 2007 Gathering was held at Mayford Village Hall, Woking, Surrey, during the weekend of 8th/9th September.

Brooklands 2006
The 2006 Gathering was held over the weekend of 9th-10th September at the Brooklands Museum in Surrey

Horsham, 2005
The 2005 Gathering was held over the weekend of 17th - 18th September at the Capitol, Horsham, Sussex

Dorking Halls 2004
The 2004 Gathering was held over the weekend of 11th - 12th September at the Dorking Halls, Dorking in Surrey.

Farnham Castle 2003
The 2003 Gathering was held at Farnham Castle in Surrey on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September.

Sussex University 2002
The 2002 Gathering was held at Sussex University, near Brighton Sussex on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September.

Royal Holloway College 2001
The 2001 Gathering was held at the Royal Holloway College near Egham on Friday 14th - Sunday 16th September.

Portsmouth 2000
The 2000 Gathering was held on Sunday 8th October, at the Guildhall, Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Aldershot 1999
The 1999 Gathering was held on Sunday 3rd October at the Princes Hall, Aldershot, Hampshire.

Alfold 1998
The 1998 Gathering was held on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September. For the first time, it was based in a village hall, at Alfold in Surrey, near the border with Sussex.

Godalming 1997
The 1997 Gathering was held on Sunday 14th September at the Inn on the Lake in Godalming, Surrey.

London 1996
The 1996 Gathering and Second Annual General Meeting was held in London on Sunday 8th September at the House of the Royal Geographical Society in Kensington Gore.

Bookham 1995
A regional Gathering was held on Sunday 17th September 1995 at the Bookham Grange Hotel, Little Bookham Common, Leatherhead, Surrey.

Guildford 1994
The Guildford meeting was a memorable climax to three years of careful planning, and clearly revealed the desire for closer contact within the Balchin Family, together with the viability of a Balchin Family Society. It was to provide a solid basis for future Gatherings, encouraging networking and drawing other of the Family into the Society.
